Professor Wilhelm von Jürgen was a brilliant scientist working within the Extra-Over Technological Investigative Institute, before joining up with the Divine Crusaders. According to Guiliam, Jürgen developed the networking ODE System, in hopes of utilizing it before extraterrestrial invaders would attack Earth. ~!Unfortunately, the Aerogaters arrived earlier than he anticipated. As a result, Jürgen would lose his entire family after a Megillot attack. Following the L5 Campaign, Jürgen would completely redesign the ODE System.
